Get a PARASOL and hold X, you can run through all the chairs and destroy them with 1 hit.
(Use the remote mines first of course)

i was just running and jumping on and over the chairs and that was working great for me....but i was short by 9 chairs since i didnt have a set path to take.

i forgot about the mines so i will try that next time.

There was a video guide to grab as many remote mines from the safe house roof (behind the elevator) by respawning them. Then set them up in front of as many chairs as u can, start the challenge, blow the mines and you'll have close to 50. Then just jump and smash the rest.

Using a full inventory of mines and jumping on the rest worked for me. It was the best way I found to do it, though I did not try the parasol.
