Think I might have to do that cos I'm not getting anywhere on Hard, just dying all the time.
Playing on Hard for your first play through is totally unnecessary. In fact, under the first step in the roadmap I state that:

" It is totally up to you whether to play on Hard difficulty or not for this playthrough. Just note that it will save you time in the long run with collectibles."

I originally recommended that players start on Easy or Normal but I believe Tyger mentioned that I missed a step for a Hard play through run, which you will need in order to gather all of the collectibles such as lollipop wrappers and the zombie logs for your album! So I stuck it under the 1st Step. It just optimizes the achievements so that you can unlock them in as few playthroughs as possible.

There's no shame in playing on Easy or Normal since you'll need another play through under Ranking Mode anyways. You can play on Hard when you get to that point instead. You'll be upgraded more, have better combos unlocked, plus you can still pick up collectibles in Ranking Mode! So it's better to wait.

Starting off on Hard is difficult with the lack of abilities and stats that's why it's so difficult. However, if you utilize Juliet's dropkick a lot and abuse Nick Moves for dizzying up zombies then it will make Hard runs go much smoother.

Thank you for your submission FeLizP. I just finished publishing:
Lollipop Chainsaw [Guide & Roadmap]
I noticed some minor changes to your Roadmap (titles) and updated the official guide accordingly.
Let me know if I missed any, or if there are any errors in the guide, or if you wish to edit/update any achievement info.
Cheers! & thanks for your hard work. The guide was well written

Magnificent job, Dead Like Me!

I must say, I've never seen somebody take their time and meticulously post a guide to the main site like that in a long time. Everything appears to check out! The main issue when writing the guide was character limit which was my fault, I should have spared more reserved posts. Lesson learned! That's why some posts had no bullets(no room for text) but you really spiffed it up on there main site! You even added a Chop2Shop kiosk photo to one of the achievements! I'm impressed! Bolding the Boss Phases helps too I notice the little things and you did it well!

One favor. I felt that when they posted my Catherine guide to the main site that they did a very poor job. Nothing was bolded like parts of the Overview in the Roadmap. And the bullets were separated when theres actually not supposed to be a space between them. The format was really bad! I think it was because the roadmap was so lengthy but it's a complex game what else was I to do? It always bugged me how it got posted. Think there's anyway you can give it the update it so deserves? Other than that thanks for your support. This guide is just as much mine as it is yours!

EDIT: Banner updated. It's a little "all over the place". But I'm satisfied with it. Even got some "Roadmap" and Achievement Guide" headers added!

I don't care. Go nuts!

My view on credit has always been to have it spread around the internet as much as possible because the more people that see it, the more helpful it can be. To be honest, I'm not that snappy when it comes to crediting me, as long as nobody tries to make it seem like it was their work I'm fine with it. Spread the wealth so I say!

Sparkle Hunting is a combo-reward system that gives you bonuses for decapitating three or more zombies at once. To enter Star Soul mode make sure you meter is full then hit . Juliet will start to glow and a special theme song will start to play. This mode allows you to score medals while showering yourself with rainbows and sparkles. During the duration of this mode any chainsaw attack you perform is an automatic one hit kill to any zombie. You must succeed in killing 7 zombies all in one swing of your chainsaw. Make sure you have a combo with good reach already purchased before going for this. Best combos for this is Holy Chainsaw(can be purchased for 999 medals), however Chainsaw Paradise and Chainsaw Full Swing can work too. There are several places this can easily be achieved:

Stage 3 (O' Bannon Farm)
Toward the end of this stage you will come to an open area filled with red and blue barrels. Destroy all these barrels immediately with your Chainsaw Blaster to clear the field. You will have to fight 3 waves of zombies here that will spawn from out of the ground. By the 3rd and final wave 32 zombies will spawn from the ground and come at you all at the same time. You can activate Sparkle Hunting mode or utilize your Holy Chainsaw combo but try to do so while all the zombies are grouped together. Nick Toss can also be used here by pushing down on and winning the roulette game. This move can dizzy zombies and turn them into 1-hit-kills. There should even be a Nick Ticket within the vicinity of the field across from the entrance.

Stage 5 (Cathedral)
Near the end of the stage, after rescuing the last classmate, you will slide down an elevator and into a large room filled with zombies. Nick will talk about a final battle and you will kick down a door. The next room will contain 32 zombies waiting for you. Try to get as many zombies as you can dazed by using a dropkick or pom-pom bash, then use the combo called "Holy Chainsaw" (, , , ,, ) to finish off the zombies. This combo can be bought for 999 zombie medals and is a great attack to use for this achievement.
I got some problems to do this achievement, best I could do with combos was 6.

Then, I found this video and did it from the first try :

In case some others peoples have problem like me. This is, for sure, the easiest way to do it (you can do it at the start of the game, during the prologue).

Basically, you just need to wait to be surrounded by zombies, press "RT" then "Y" and it's done (no combo needed with this method).

(I did it at the end of the stage 32, with the 32 zombies).

Any help is appreciated.
Did you score 214, 500 points or more in that Stage 1 run? Sometimes you can get the letter grade you need but the number itself may not be enough. Also if you weren't already, try playing the Stage in Ranking Mode for better options to score higher, they can all be found under the Stage 1 achievement description.

It shouldn't be glitched but try running back and aiming for that score to see what happens.

I'd rate this game more like a 5 or 6.. not a 4. Otherwise, excellent guide, is coming in handy.

yah i rate it somewhat like that the first time through coz there are some instant kill mini games :\ kinda annoying, but once u know the pattern it can scale down to 4 again coz they are mini games and happen to function the same everytime u play them
