Boosting question

Just wondering are you able to boost yourself with 2 xboxs like GTA IV, Rainbow 6?

I haven't gotten into MP just yet so is probably a quick dumb question

Game is pretty cheap at the stores and I don't have a steady schedule to give times I am available.

To my knowledge... You can boost MOST of the achievements in "Skirmish" mode with a buddy on the same system. Though, you could probably do them with separate systems as well.

You can boost the "rank" achievements as well... But that involves randomly getting matched up against your "buddy" on the second Xbox in 1v1 matches. Chances get better of that happening if there are less people in the playlist.

Been a while since I've played it, but I've recently come back to finish it out (I only need the rank achievements... boosted every other multiplayer achievement with either a second controller or second system, or against a computer in skirmish) so I'm not quite sure anymore.

Anyway, does that help at all?

Doesn't Halo Wars use a true-skill system, like Halo 3? Meaning, once you get out of a skill range, you won't match up with lower ranks.

Hopefully this isn't the case. I'm going to be trying it out once I finish up Halo CE: Anniversary. I'll report back if someone else hasn't by then.

EDIT: One of my friends on TA said it can be boosted with a dummy account. He just unlocked it, and said he boosted with someone ranked much higher then he was.

In the years been playing, NEVER can find each other.
