Dollcatcher without "gold"
Hey guy.. maybe you didn't know but you do not need to have "gold" to get all of the dolls!
Needed -> 2 Pads & 1 savepoint at westcliff or later 1. Create a new Gamertag with "Pad1" and start e new game. 2. Log into your Maintag with "Pad2" and go to the fable2 main menu with "Pad1" after listening to rose at the beginning of the game. 3. Load your Westcliff savepoint and go to shooting range again.. shoot 150 - 174 points again and get the next doll. You have to create an other Gamertag and do it over and over again.. It can happen to get the same dolls all over.. so it just takes your time. BUT IT WORKS FOR REAL .. Maybe you have to restart your xbox360.. cause I got the same doll 6 times without restarting.. You could just go on an official thread on here and ask someone if they will give them to you for enough time to get the achievement. Then you give them back or something or that nature.

Wow!
This is amazing, I can't believe I never knew about this trick! Just for clarification the pads he is referring to are controllers. And it definitely works!

How does this work? I can't load any other locations and when I join with my main character he is a kid also.
Nevermind, figured it out. And it worked perfectly.

This works for me, however I seem to be getting the same doll a few times in a row and I don't know if I can be bothered making multiple accounts to continue getting the rest xD
Although I'm sure deleting the save files for the clone accounts might work too |

This was a great way to do it if you didn't trust anyone to trade your dolls with too. Thanks a ton I thought I'd never get this one.

Dollcatcher also works if you have a save that already has the dolls. Just join that game and have the original character sell and rebuy one of the dolls (I usually have a few extra Hero Dolls, just so I don't lose the Garth, Theresa, Hammer..etc). Achievement should pop for the second character.

Tried this last night for my wife's account and it worked great.
Just a shame she missed out on the Fable 2 website thing as she can't buy the Hero doll in her own world

This sounds like a lot of work
 But I guess an achievement is an achievement. If anyone has the dolls and would be willing to pop into my game so I can get it, I'd appreciate it! |

This doesn't sound like a bad idea at all if you don't have any friends with a copy of the game OR they have the same doll you have. Definitely something I might have to try at some point.

This deserves a bump because it most definitely works. I've gotten 4 Hammer dolls, 2 Luciens, a Thereasa, Garth, and a Reaver. Here's some clarification of the process:
1. Create a new profile and start a new game. 2. Skip the opening cutscene and listen to your sister talk about Castle Faifax & Roast duck. Once the game gives you control log into your main profile with the second controller. 3. With the first controller Save & Quit back to the title screen. 4. Now with the second controller (your main profile) hit 'A' and then load your savegame (preferably right at the Westcliff Shooting Range). 5. Now just score between 150 and 174 points to obtain the second prize doll. Sometimes you will get the same doll, just create a new profile and a new savegame and repeat until you've got all the dolls. Then, once you're done you can delete all the extra profiles from your hard drive. The original post recommended restarting the console between every try so I did that as well.

Yup. This method works. Took me like 20 or 25 tries...very tedious. But it will work eventually.
