Lizard Challenge DLC?

Anyone got any idea what it is about? This entry surfaced in the Steam CDR a few days ago (http://cdr.thebronasium.com/app/212604) and since the game is delayed on PC there is no store page for the game & DLC yet.

Could be another challenge where you play as the Lizard in some kind of mission OR they listened to a request I made a while ago and made a small, nice DLC that plays as a flashback mission where you fight the Lizard in NYC (short: end of the movie)?

I would appreciate both and I hope they make more DLC (they atleast told reporters that they plan on releasing a lot of big/paid DLC and smaller free ones after the games release).
