Which character will you play as?

I'm going commando. Was siren mostly during BL and it's time to try something new.

I knew many people would want to play as the Assassin and I'm sure at least one of the friends I play with most of the time will play as him. I like playing as female characters in games for no particular reason other than it's different, so my first character will probably be Maya the Siren. After that I'll want to try the Assassin because he seems interesting.

They do. All 4 have achievements tied to their respective special skills/abilities.

Definitely going with Zer0. Played Lilith in BL1. Her best ability (after many, many hours of play) was quick movement across the maps, and her ability to just skip the repetitive stuff accordingly.

No phasewalk for Maya, so I am hoping Zer0's ability can be used similarly.

First, and probably the main person I will use, will be Zero. I like the ninja type characters and since I used the Siren last game since she was the most like a ninja, (phasewalk was awesome.)

And then when it's released, the Mechromancer will hopefully be fun.

I cant decide between maya and axton i was roland in the 1st one so may be the siren to try something new she will definitly be my 2nd character if not my 1st

Unfortunately for some of you guys, there are 4 achievements, and it looks like you actually have to play as them for a good bit to get enough kills or build up their stats long enough. I don't really mind, it gives you a reason to try and enjoy 4 different styles, 5 including the unlockable one.

That aside, I really want to play as Zero first. He looks badass. Debating to be him or Maya. I was Lilith in the first one, and if that's taught me anything, you're going to need a good deal of healing and support. She also gets a resurrection skill.

I'm going to play as Zero. He looks really badass to me. And since I played as Mordecai in the first game, I really like to use snipers in this game. I can't wait to see how his sword gameplay works.

I am very interested in the Mechromancer too. But there isn't enough information out about her right now. If she is really cool then I'll do another playthrough with her also.

Got to be the Siren all the way, I found the Phasewalk ability in the original game probably the most useful of the various characters powers.

Also thought the Assassin looked pretty decent until i heard he's the most difficult character to use & he dies really quickly, So i'll leave that one for last me thinks.

We I don't want to play as Salvador as he looks a little boring. I never really liked Brick, so he follows the same line with gameplay and style. Same goes for Axton. He looks fun, but in Borderlands I played as Roland all the way through, so I don't want someone similar for now to start with.

This leaves me split between Maya and Zer0. I cant' really decide yet but I'm leaning more towards Zer0 at the moment.

Probably Axton to start with, but definitely gonna give the others a fair shot this time, thanks to the Badass ranks the announced a while back. Barely played with the other 3 guys in the first game, just to get the achievement really, will be doing more than that in the sequel.
