Side Door to Iceberg Lounge
I just fought penguin and now I am on the hunt for Rauls blood well I watched a vid for the trophies and two are in this room you have to enter in through the double doors to the iceberg lounge. When go to open the door it's locked. How do I get it opened.

Never mind I went back through the museum and it brought me the right room I got them.

Ah ok.
To enter through the side entrance, later on it'll be guarded by some thugs. You'll have to kill them and then the guards are inside keeping it locked. They should then let you in. I think you have to complete the "Defeat Penguin" mission for all this to happen.
