Hey, first of all, welcome to the site! Regarding "finding your achievements listed online", I'm not exactly sure what you are looking for. I assume what you want is the official Xbox website, Xbox.com. HERE is a link to your public profile, where your achievements can be viewed by anyone, however you may need to be logged in to see it. Since you're played games list only contains free games from Windows Phone I'll assume that you do not have an Xbox 360 and you made your account specifically for your phone? Just log in on Xbox.com using the username (e-mail address) and password you used on your phone and you'll be able to find what you are looking for.

This site is more of a resource that you can use in conjunction with Xbox.com. You can find the achievement lists for every single game on any Xbox Live achievement supported platform and also find discussion forums for every single game to talk about said game and also look for help getting more achievements. There is a checklist function you can use to keep track of the achievements you have earned, but you'll have to check them off manually, as this site does not connect to Xbox.com's database in any way.
