Achievement deleted?

On my last playthrough I got the Ankh and the Hedjet, getting extremely close to the City of Gold before dying. But looking today, I no longer have the achievement for getting the Ankh? What the hell happened? It's still in my journal proving I've had it, and my last playthrough spot in the journal is correct. So where'd the achievement go?

Did the achievement actually pop? It's been reported that it doesn't pop sometimes, but does if you just do it again.

It did, though it took about 10 seconds to do so.
