Where an i build up enough speed on the Metallic Madness Act's to travel to Past ?

Anyone tell me a good area to build up speed so i can go back and destroy the last 2 teleporters ?

Aren't there big metal wheels that spin you round and round until you jump out? I think that's this act. If so, i always use them.

you dont need to build up too much speed, just keep the run going for a set period of time, and yeah, use the metal wheels
