Stockpile not unlocking

So I got the achievement for upgrading all weapons but I did not get the one for obtaining all the weapons? Can someone tell me how I can unlock it? Do I need all 4 eggs to unlock it?

Eggs aren't classed as a weapon. Make sure you have one of each grenade (incendiary, flash and explosive) and a proximity bomb. I guess you are probably missing one of these.
