Achievement advice?

Ok a few questions before I start this game....


Based on achievements I need to play it on hard first time, which people have said isn't that bad... How long is the game? Is it worth playing it through as co-op straight off for Meatheads?

Also looks like there is some mp achievements (booooo!), how much of a grind is "man of mayhem"? Are we talking seriously 2.0 or just a few hours?

Finally, anything missable?

GOW 3 i think you mean and yes i love it its great if not GOW3(confuzd) lol only just started using these forums
