Why is online "Dead"
It's not like a desert, there is the odd player playing here and there, but I find the online multiplayer to be bundles of fun, it's fast paced and intense at times.
Why is there a huge lack of players? ![]() I'd take a guess and probably think that maybe others don't find it as fun.

People move onto other newer games unfortunately, or just play COD lol.
I only have the game on rental from LoveFilm, once I've got as many achievements as I feel I can get (if not all of them, I hope!) it will be going back to them so I can play another game on my rental list. |

A lot of people move on once they have accomplished all that can be accomplished with the game. I would assume this is what's happened with Driver: SF.

It's not that old of a game but games like this, like Buzz said, once it's done, the online is done too.

Though in saying that, I jumped online in the game for the first time tonight, and quite a handful of people were playing lol! Got a few good games but then had to quit myself as I need to be up for work in the morning
cant wait to get back on it tomorrow maybe!

I've just got me a copy, and was a bargain £7.49. Don't think I'll be finding too many people online. Shame really, as a big chunk of the GS is for online. Enjoyed the PS2 version of Driver, so should like this all being well.

I've finished the game and I never played online once. Actually, I think I may of done the online tutorial to get an achievement for that (can't really remember). I don't like it how games are dead in multiplayer. Nearly every game this isn't CoD or battlefield is dead within 2 weeks of release.
It makes me mad how developers and publishers add online achievements to their games because a lot of the time it just isn't accomplish-able. Oh well, I guess they want people to see all of the game and that's the way they go about doing it. |

It's not dead, I always got a game when I was playing over the weekend. Might not have been full games, but I still managed to play online.
