game keeps freezing

ive got the old xbox 360 with a 120 gb hard drive. the first few days i played this game it was fine but since i hit level 4 Executive Order the game freezes after 3 minutes in. anybody else have this issue? the games on hire and the replacement disc has exactly the same proiblem.

it could just be the cd's. there is a chance that both copies are faulty
