Number 1 Nom de Guerre in PC Version

Anybody know if it's still possible to get the Number 1 Nom de Guerre in the PC version? I've heard all of the leaderboards are hacked, making it impossible. Is that true?

The answer to the question would be NO, they are impossible to obtain and were actually hacked early in its lifetime, so have been unavailable for a long time.
