After level 20

After level 20 why do people keep playing, newbies get there arses kick because of the vast difference in level 20+ to level 5 etc.
Some people must not have anything else to do cos its boring multi player so why go beyond level 20.
Im level 16 and cannot see myself playing pass 2o but I guess it must make them feel good beating down on lower levels. Sad methinks. I target these peeps in my game it must hurt them when you kill them lol saddos!!
