Can verify that for 2012 the correct day to gain Committed achievement is Saturday midnight to Sunday

It doesn't matter what day you do it on. Just keep switching back and forth until the achievement pops. It takes quite a bit of time though so if you're trying to get it in one night expect to be there for about an hour (depending on how fast you dashboard it and switch time zones etc.)

I've been trying this for about an two hours now on Saturday afternoon (CST 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm) and it's not unlocking. Do I have to do this early early in the morning or what days/times should I be going for this?

If somebody still needs a hint when to do this in the year 2012, I started doing this at 8 PM local time on GMT +2 zone Friday (Finland), and it unlocked in 10 minutes. Switching between Friday and Saturday.

Just look at this map and work out the time difference with it so that you know when to do it. My zone is the +2 in the map and it's not hard to figure your correct time with the map.

I Can Confirm that it is working for Friday and Saturday. Also if you go straight to system settings from the game you can get it quicker. Got the Obsessive achievement a little later also.

I dont really understand this. Im in New Zealand so GMT +12. Do i need to be doing this by switching friday to saturday or saturday to sunday? Does it matter what time of the day i start on and what timezones i change too?

Ok, just reading the start of the forum. To get 'Commited' it has to be a Tuesday and switch back to a Monday and then back to Tuesday. 10-12 times and it's done. I'll try it next week.

So, I started doing this on 09/10/12 (Monday) at around 9:30 PST, and within 5 loads switching from the two furthest time zones, I unlocked the Focused achievement. The next morning, I did about 25 more and got the Obsessed achievement. The Committed achievement has still not popped for me, sadly. Going to keep trying throughout the week, but I believe I have to do it between Saturday and Sunday. I'll post later with my results.

Yep, jumped on this morning (9/15/12) and loaded the game between 8 and 12 times and the Committed achievement popped.

Thank you, I have just tried this and I got the achievement with just 3-4 times

Unfortunately I haven't got obsessed I tried 30-35 times :\
This is a little strange, I got the first achievements (7 days) the first time!

Do you know if attempts are cumulative? Maybe next week I'll try again.

I'm not sure if they are cumulative or not, but it should only take about 60 loads MAX before the achievement pops. I had the Obsessed achievement pop well before I got the Committed one.

Hi, I tried this an hour ago - gor FOCUS and OBSESSIVE, both within about 40 minutes. I can't get COMMITTED tho and I'm sick of rebooting the game! :/ I tried going straight to the system settings from the game menu to make it quicker and since then I started getting occasional system messages upon booting about the game being recently played on a different console... wtf? Anyone got that message too? Hope that doesn't reset the counter...

I'm trying to get obsessive legit...I hope they aren't consecutives 100 days

EDIT: unlocked yesterday! So yeah, they are cumulative! Got 1000 now

I went straight to system settings from in-game Xbox button also, and it worked. Did the timezone trick to finish out Obsessive on a Tuesday morning at 1amCST, flipping between GMT+14 and GMT-12, and it worked.
