Is it possible to void all 3 endgame achievements?

Void "Crime Busters" by killing marines, void "Rising Star" by either refusing Leland or having him not like you enough, and voiding "No Compromise, No Mercy" by executing Shaheed at the beginning. I read somewhere that the game will automatically give you Crime Busters(speculation) in this scenario, but does anyone know for sure? Even though I'm going to do another run of this game regardless where I should have all 3 available at the end, I'm very curious about this now.
