Can someone please explain how to get up here (pic included)
 There are two cranks, none of which seem to help in getting up to door or the cube. Can someone please explain what you're supposed to do

id just fly up up x4 then hold A after u finish for the 1st time

u need to turn the blocks on that u are standing...
there are two wheels, on over, one under the blocks... one turns the inner block, one turns the outer block...:P u need to turn both blocks so that u can see a door inside them... walking through this door and u spawn on the top of the mill, the door on your screenshot...

You can only fly in a New Game+. And to be honest, it ruins the game being able to fly.
