stuck at some yellow shutters

hi. right im on my way to act 2 of the 3rd film. i have yellow what looks to be shutters which has a rat pipe and a yellow armour next to it. the head for this armour is above the body part. i havent got for some reason rons rat changing skill anymore. can anyone advise me on how to open these shutters.

done it. just changed everyone to ron one had to have the green spell

You should be open your shutter by using the rat kill gun it is very best for you and kill the rat and help you in open your shutter you can purchase this gun from any shopping plaza or shop try this gun and open your shutter.
