Do people still play multiplayer?

I got the impulse to pick up the game this afternoon, but noticed that there are a little over a dozen achievements involving multiplayer (multiplayer achievements = *twitch*). Do people still actually play online? It would be nice to know ahead of time if I have the opportunity for at least 80% of the achievements (80% or higher is what I tend to aim for).
