Reset my rank?

So, I noticed this game has a ranking system in which you start off as a seed and work your way up the apple ranks. Well, I was playing yesterday and won 3 games, thus giving myself a rank up. I go on today and when I was in the main menu, it said "unlock full game" which I raised my eyebrow to since I have the full game. I go on XBL and I noticed my rank went back down to a seed again and I also don't have the golden card I unlocked. When I checked the leaderboard, my wins are still there and my losses reset.

What gives?

I have also had this problem. Myself and 2 friends have played every single game together. My console froze while we were playing, and now my wins won't go any higher than 121, when my friends are at 263 or something. What the heck?
