start point for yellow and beyond that you have?

I have been to yellow and I think they make you play through 4 to 8 lvls before start point comes up?
lvl9 is a start point? then what comes next? was it 16?

If you exit out of the game you have to get back to wave 33 for yellow, no short cuts.
