There are a bunch of Easter Eggs in this game. While I do not have videos like the above poster.. Here are some I came across on my play through.

The big island in the upper left corner of the map has a "smoke" enemy and a "hatch". There is also a airliner crashed on the beach of the island too. - Lost Reference.

Not sure where this is location wise, but there is also a bubble toy gun (actual weapon) and a area where you can see out of environment and see the moon. There is also a Mt. Rushmore type of Mountain somewhere too.

I am sure there are a bunch of others as well that I am missing.

dont know if this one has been found yet, but its a skull in the snow. Its a little to detailed to be an accident.

I thought the beached ocean liner in the middle of the desert was odd. It's on one of the first missions.

There is also a small island shaped like a piece of a pie. The island itself is sand with a rock formation that formes the crust and it also snows there, the snow on the island makes for the sugar topping. It's barely large enough to land with a helicopter and it's "reviewed" by RoosterTeeth.
