coop/mp question

Just regarding the coop and MP achievements.

Can these all be gotten with one other player?

Sadly no. Unless you have 2 consoles with 2 copies of the game.

The Co-op requires actual online players and so a guest or second controller won't work.

cool, thats actually what i was wondering... I have an extra console, so could rent a copy! But will one versus one work??
