Secret items and such?

Just wondering if anyone else has found a secret item somewhere.

I found the yellow/gold energy drink on the 2nd stage of Torture Chamber. It is right at the start, towards the screen/player. You need to built a staircase to the left to reach it. Then you can find it under the bell and behind the normal energy drink item.

I'm guessing there are several, but only for fun. Would be neat to find them all.
