If this game is anything like number 3 its got my vote!
some possible achievements could be

Deja vu 10g- Meat yourself from the past
Time recruit 50g- complete the first chapter of the game
Time traveller 50g- complete the second chapter of the game
Time assasin 50g- complete the third chapter of the game
Time splitter 100g complete the fpurth and final chapter if the game
monkeys are people too! 5g- be a monkey online(ranked or player)
Deer Haunter returns 10g- unlcok deer haunter then play as him online
i got your Back Cortez 15g- complete chapter 1 as player 2 in co-o
Partners in TIME 50g- complete all chapters as player 2 in co-op
Time Gems 10g- collect all of the time crystals in chapter 1
Time Crystals 50g- collect all of the time crysatls through out the game
I DONT NEED BULLETS I GOT FISTS! 30g- win an online ranked match without fire arms.

Hmm, there will definately be something to do with the monkey. Hopefully there are quite a few campaign and co-op achievements.

Definitely some kind of monkey related achievement. Probably a decapitation achievement. If there's any sort of time travel trickery like TS3, there'll likely be an achievement for causing a time paradox, such as covertly killing your past self.

Definitively achievements for collecting all the platinum/gold medals for the modes and such. Monkey madness, Kill 50 monkeys across all game modes. Unlock all characters and cheats and play as each character could be achievements too.

i agree, definately some for story and difficulties, some for co-op, some for online, some for medals, some for characters and monkey achievements

Maybe one for cat racing?

And maybe like gears, some for killing with each weapon, preferable ones like the injector and baseball bat

Might be one like upload a mapmaker map and play a certain amount of mapmaker maps

They will do a good job with achievements probably. They are so creative. I don't think there will be any collecting. Timesplitters never had that before.

I would be disapointed if something along the lines of:

Killing someone with a brick.
Winning a game of shrink.
Completing all assault levels.
Completing all challenges
Completing all challenges at gold
Unlocking all characters.

Killing someone with a brick would be OK. The rest yeah they would be challenging but then again it's Timesplitters so it would be a challenge to relish and enjoy

I thought that could be a fun brick achievement.
