Xpadder and my 360 controller..Help!

So I bought Xpadder yesterday cuz I loved QoS so much on xbox and wanted to play it again. I set all my buttons, they all work fine but my problem is the sensitivity on the left and right sticks (to move and look) is HORRIBLE, I can't manage to kill 2 enemies on the easiest difficulty and sadly I got my headshot achievement so I can't even quit on this game.

My question is to anyone who used Xpadder for this game is that what did you do exactly in Xpadder to make the game playable and the controls as perfect as possible.
