Medium 5 (Barrel o' Monkeys)

Seriously wtf I've tried like 20 times and can't get this one.
Any ideas or help?

Nevermind, I ended up getting it after 10 more tries.
I read in the achievement guide on way to do it, that way didn't quite work. I basically took over the north town and just sat there while resources built up. Upgraded the north town twice and then upgraded speed on my ship till it was maxed. After that took the south town - died twice but didn't lose the round.

EDIT - Sorry, I'm talking about HARD 5 here.

If anyone's still stuck on this -
Looking at the map, you are closest to the 3 towns on the east side of the map. start with the ones in the south, as Green tends to rush the north town, and Black always goes for the center one. Once you have those 2 upgraded and healthy, grab the north one, then hustle to the far south town for number 4. Upgrades should be balanced, but focus on your speed as you need to be ready to defend the locations constantly.

This game is so cheap I may just give up on it altogether soon
