From wnat I have read it will come out in the states. However, it seems that its only going to be a DLC. I don't think Arksys has plans for a disc release and so far It's only going to be on PSN they have't decided on a XBLA release.

Now we can cry.

its currently available from zen united for eu customers, with a very limited edition of 500 also available

Sad there's no NA release of the 360 version. Good thing I got the limited EU ps3 version. Yay for region free.
