Daily Word???

Ok I purchased the game last night at 8pm and did a game in each category but I still can't access 2nd game of Daily Word!!! I thought it would let me play another after midnight but when it didn't I thought it could be every 24hrs from when you 1st played the round but as its now over the 24hrs and I still can't access it I don't understand what's going on..... Any thoughts??

Ok it's been well over 29hrs now and it just keeps saying I've played today, come back tomorrow..... Something tells me this now has 2 glitches achievements!!!!

Same here, been well over 24hrs and I still giving the played today crap. Think this will be my last game I buy on release, so many games are so glitched its become a joke...

it's not glitched i was able to play another Daily game today. not even a full 24 hours later so i think it does go by day.

Edit: did you all change the date yesterday to today? i never changed my clock. just thinking that if maybe you changed the clock to a future date and got the message for having already completed the puzzle that it will remember that and think you have completed it on that future date already.

If that makes any sense

I never touched a single setting on my clock. I started this game last night at around 6pm, it's now 27 hours later and it's still saying I've already played Daily Word. WTF!

Yep, same here. Bought on release day, should have been able to play at Daily Word 3 times already, but no luck. Never changed the clock since I got the phone.

No WP day 1 buy for me anymore.

Damn, to actually see it laid out like that is REALLY depressing. What I don't understand is there's no way in HELL product testing something like a WP game should take very long since most of these are a few hours tops.

If something like Skyrim had glitched achievements, I would TOTALLY understand but TextTwist? Crickey....

Must say I didn't have any problems with Spider Jack or Ghostscape but do have Lets Golf 2, Bug Village and TextTwist 2 and am getting totally pi**ed off with this sh*t now!!!!! I dont spend my cash on this stuff to only unlock half the stuff!!!

The product testing is utter bullsh*t if you ask me

Rant over..... I actually get some replay value from this game while at work on breaks etc so the fact that 75/200g is unobtainable at the moment really grinds my gears!

What about Doodle God and Breeze, they both came out on the 14th.

OT: this is getting pretty ridiculous, with a glicthed game almost every week.

Stupid daily word tells me I have done today's word, try 3 days ago stupid game.

I think every time you tried to play the Daily Game it counts as the last attempt. So you should not try to play it for 24 hrs and you should be able to play it again. Pretty lame...

I didnt touch the game for 36hrs and it still wouldnt let me play it!!

Its glitched... simple!!

There is a workaround in the other thread proving its glitched though as you shouldnt need to change the language to something else and back again for it to work

From trueacheivements.com by user OniKawazu is to change your dictionary language in the options then change back to your language of choice.
This will clear any games in progress but allow you to do your next daily word...you can do multiple daily words in one day with this trick

Hmmm..... if you would have checked the other threads you would have seen that I started a new one saying there was an update and that it fixed both this and the lightning bolt achievements
