Game not in the Marketplace?

I just turned on my phone so I could get this new free title, but for some reason the game is not showing up in the Marketplace. I see it says in the Spotlight part "Now Available- Breeze" and I hit it and then hit play now, but then I got a screen that says "Marketplace Search: This game is currently unavailable in Marketplace. Check back later."

Is this game not in the US yet or was it already pulled from the marketplace or something? O_o

I did the same thing as Rocxie - I wasn't able to find mine on the Marketplace at the time (two days ago), so I've downloaded it off the Xbox Live page (actually, what they do is that they send you an e-mail on your Hotmail account with the game link, and after you open it, the phone starts the download automatically inside the Marketplace).

So, try getting the game this way, it should most definitely work.

I ran in to something like this with Shuffle Party. I had downloaded that game for myself, but when I tried to download it for my wife, I got the same message. I've updated to Mango, but she hasn't, so that might be the problem in your case as well.

That possibly might be the problem since Shuffle Party still has not shown up in the marketplace for me. What is Mango? I never even heard of that honestly o.o

Mango is a Windows Phone 7 update. You can google it to learn how to force update it through Zune. I had figured everybody would have it by now though! Check your phone settings and see if there is an update. Maybe you just didn't realize.

Ohhh okay! I had no idea it was an update! I thought it might have been a new type of phone or something XD I noticed once in a while my phone would say there is an update, but I never knew how to update anything. I don't have a Zune though so I guess I won't be able to get this update, oh well :/

I'm not sure, but apparently it will let you see Shuffle Party and Breeze in the Marketplace, and I guess it just updates stuff? I'm not sure what in this update either.

I can't really compare before and after since I didn't get my WP7 until a few days ago, so the update was already pre-installed, but that link should tell you all the new and improved features.

@Kairi, you don't need a Zune player to get this update. You can download it from the internet by using the option under your phone's settings or you can do it using the Zune program on your computer, which you should have if you've ever connected your phone to your computer.

Install it and once you've set it up connect your phone (make sure your phone is on the home screen - not on the lock screen or it won't sync).

It'll inform you there's an update and sync all your stuff before it updates (and backs your phone up).

Once your phone has finished with all of the updates (there might be more than one if you've never done it before) you'll be on Mango which is a vast improvement and will make you love your phone even more

Okay, but how do you connect your phone to it? Do you do that via the internet or something? Sorry if it's a stupid question, but I never connected a phone to a computer before XD

There should be a USB connector in your phone charger, use that to connect to PC.
