Achievement Glitch

Hey guys and girls,
I was happily trying to get some gamerscore from FIFA 11, Safe Hands and All My Own Work to be precise. I played as the goalkeeper and won the match and just as the first achievement Safe Hands pops up, BAM! Xbox freezes. I reboot the Xbox and to my surprise I find Against the Odds, Experimental, Always Friendly, Around the World, Club Glory, Established Keeper and FIFA for Life unlocked. Am I going to get penalised by Microsoft for accidentally acquiring these achievements? Opinions please.
