Just got 'Bucket List'. Did not finish all races in first.

I didn't think you would have to do those as the achievement specifies races, and those aren't races.

If you didnt do them all.. how many did you finish?... maybe there is an offset on the amount of events counted if you complete those instead.

They count, they are considered races, and I wish this rumor would just go away. There is a glitch in the count so that this achievement pops 22 races early regardless of which 22 they are, it has nothing to do with event types.
