( Help )what is M bison Psycho Crusher move

hi there i know this a bit silly but i need to know this move so i can spam the perfect world champion achievement i know there is a move list sticky thread but i cant understand it with the legend icons i have been pressing random buttons for half an hour and i cant figure it out i beat street fighter with E honda for hyper world champion but i heard this is easier i dont like to spam much in this game but considering how cheap the cpu is its neccisary

Hold left for a couple of seconds to charge, then press right and either low or high punch. Low does a short crusher, high does a long one.

It was a move purely invented to give noobs such as ourselves a chance in this game!

Just remember like the guy above ^ said, back two seconds than quickly foward. Otherwise, you'll find yourself too open

remember that in hyper fighting the game is speeded up a load so its 2 secs on the in game timer to do it which is a whole lot faster than most other versions of street fighter you'll play, means you can spam the shit outta moves like this and sonic boom nice out.
