Animus Data Fragment glitch?

Here I am.. trying to get all of the animus data fragments when it shows me on the map the location of one. So, I go to check it out and it's not there. By not there I mean there are signs of where it should be because the way the screen looks (the graphics show everything except the fragment). The fragment in question is located on top of the Column of Marcian. Is anyone else having this problem?

Are you sure its not on one of the sides of the tower? I know there where a few that weren't at the top but about halfway up on a beam. Other than that just go to animus island and re-enter and see if that fixes it.

It probably just glitched in that sessions, so either go to the Animus Island and re-enter the city, or try replaying a memory and then collecting the fragment.

It must have just been glitched in that session when I got to the next one it was there. Oh well, it all turned out. Thanks!

i got ALL Data Fragments Achievement with NO problem.

If you use the Eagle Vision by clicking in the Left Stick you should be able to see them a little better. I know it's helped me in the previous games trying to find all of items.

I remember that one Animus Fragment was actually on the side of a column; not on top. You had to hang from the top of it to grab it.
