Assassin's Missions Glitch?

So, the tutorial popped up to send my first Assassin to a mission, it was The Little Prince, I am on sequence 3 and he hasn't returned yet, is that normal?
The estimated time also says Uknown.

This has been said in many threads already but you have to finish sequence 3 for it to be completed.
