What I think you mean is you can purchase it from the publisher. Their website is... http://www.zuxxez.com/ At the top is the link for the store.

Well I am sure they will make no money trying to sell a game like that to hard to find for most people.

Pretty sure you just cant find it in NA 99% of people who are online are german. I just ordered it from them its only 27 euros which is only about $40

Not sure if it's still coming out in the USA. Last I saw, it was listed for fourth quarter. It is region free though, so no problem importing it.

Pretty fun game, but I forgot how bad I am. Good thing the AI is there to remind me....repeatedly!

As it stands now, the game is not coming out in the US, interplay filed a copyright injuction agaisnt topware, saying it infringed on there battle chess series, so the game cannot be released in north american territories...as of the last update, topware stated that litigation continues, and are hoping the game can be released

the PC and PS3 version are region free, the 360 version is not, so you can import it.

Maybe there are different versions, but the XBOX 360 version I imported is definately region free, otherwise I couldn't play it.

This game has fluctuated in price in the UK. Pre-orders were available at $ 30.00 of your US dollars and now you can get it for about $ 60.00 which is less than a full new release but still a little pricey.

That being said the game might not be the next "Gears Of War" but it is a very clean and polished version which can be very enjoyable to play whilst relaxing on your couch.
