Annoying glitch on the final stage

As the title states, there's a glitch on the last stage. It's after Bolt regains his powers and he's constantly supercharged. As I progress, Bolt freezes and even if enemies run down Bolts health, he doesn't die. I tried shutting down and restarting numerous times but Bolt keeps freezing. Anyone else having this issue? This is bugging me. I just wanna finish this game and return it.

Update: Nevermind I took the disc out and wiped it. Now it works!
