Welcome to the forums! One thing about this site is that every game has its separate forum used for questions and concerns about that particular game!

Why not post this in the Gears of war 3 forum by searching the game in the search bar and clicking to its forums.

Also usually games will have a section specifically used for achievement trading or campaign/multiplayer partners.
