Untouchable Achievement Question

I just finished the game and didn't get untouchable yet. Is there a way to go back and fight the first boss without doing a time trial?

I think you have to do the time trial. Don't worry though, the jungle only takes 10-12 minutes to get to the boss

Just start a new game in another save slot. Here you can just reload the last checkpoint right before the boss in case you get hit.
