I have two left to get.

The VIP Derby (which there are already plenty of tips for) and Taking Out the Trash.

What car / strategy did people use to get that one done?

EDIT I got them both using advanced controls for the VIP Derby and the Military jeep thing for Taking Out The Trash - sitting behind the first vehicle and killing it each time it respawned for as long as I could before other trucks got in the way, then flying around the level killing all the trucks I could find.

The only one I cannot get a gold star is the one where you drive the monster truck around and crush the cars.

Geez, after 4 24 kills i got it! I found usefull jump the 1st bus (trying to stay in the middle of the track) and then release the acelerator while you're in the air

For the monster truck derby, someone posted on the xbox.com forums to upgrade everything apart from the speed. I got gold on my second try using this tactic after failing for days with a fully upgraded truck.

RE VIP Gastown Derby

I had issue with this one as well, I tried the lv 3 roadster and in the middle and it wasn't working. So I too the pulverizer and if it is leveled up you can do it better than I did. When the race starts go into reverse, then drive towards the "S" shape curve, you will notice all the cars drive and ride the outside of the curve. I parked my pulverizer near the edge of the way where they come around and as they did I pulverized. When you destroy one car it creates a barrier to others and they run into your pulverizer. With this method I destroy 6 cars in the first 15 seconds of the match. When I was done I had 17 seconds (bc I wrecked) with 40 cars destroyed. The key thing is to be parked near the wall and have your pulverizer do the work because they will stick to the outside wall in the mid/bottom part of the S curve and once they go in between you crush.
