Canadian Gamestop's exclusive collector's edition

So I was browsing the releases for the next month when I saw this :

A bundle that comes with the Assassin's Creed Encyclopedia.

I looked on the US website, it's nowhere to be found, then I went to Bestbuy/futureshop Canadian websites, it wasn't listed.

I thought I'd share my information with you guys.
