This is the order in which I found them and you may or may not find them in the same order
(I like to explore and may have gone off the story's natural progression when i found them) If I missed any, message me with the info and I will update.

#1 Andrew Ryan - Your link to the chain

location - On top of some pipes at the end of the hallway to the left of the lockers when you leave the first airlock.

#2 C.M. Porter - The Thinker

Rapture Central Computing - Behind the Reception desk where you find the "Security Command" plasmid

#3 Brigid Tenenbaum - Reverting ADAM Sickness

Rapture Central Computing - Found in the Bottom Floor of the large room in the Corporate Offices area.
(in the southwest corner of the room near the body that you can gather ADAM from) on the backside of a computer tower

#4 Reed Wahl - The Predictive Equation

Rapture Central computing - Found in the boardroom lying in the center of the room in front of a body sitting up in the center of the "clock" on the floor.

#5 C.M. Porter - Nothing But Ashes

Rapture central Computing - On the corner of the large desk/computer table in C.M. Porter's office, lying next to a picture of Pearl Porter

#6 Reed Wahl - The Thinkers Potential
Location - To the Right of the main entryway to McClendon Robotics (smack dab in the middle of the hole you need to hack through)

#7 Christopher DI Remo - New Bot Models

McClendon Robotics - inside Vacuum bot in the back of the Demonstration area.

#8 C.M. Porter - Somebody Else's War

McClendon Robotics - At the very end of the Large office/drafting room of System Designs(the room with the camera and blue prints on the wall)

#9 Jack McClendon - Robotic Little Sisters

McClendon Robotics - Bottom floor of the Workshop, in "hidden" room with the Robotic Little Sisters. Lying on Table in center of room.

#10 C.M. Porter - The Turning Point

McClendon Robotics - Top floor of the Workshop, the Room with the crane control.

#11 C.M. Porter - Thinker, Meet Pearl

McClendon Robotics -Top floor of the Workshop. At the end of the path after you move the crane, on the wall between 2 robotic little sisters.

#12 C.M. Porter - The Wager
Airtight Archives - (restroom hallway). On a chair to the left after you enter the doorway you need Electro bolt to open.

#13 Audrey Hesselgren - Prying Eyes

Airtight Archives, the upper level of the foyer(lobby) next to the vent.

#14 Brigid Tenenbaum - A Possible Solution

Airtight Archives - Flooded Basement on a desk near hole in wall for hacking a door.

#15 C.M. Porter - How to Get Ahead

Airtight Archives - Canister retrieval area, to the left of the flooded floor on a crate.

#16 C.M. Porter - Thinker Impute 1

Airtight Archives - Down the stairs to the left of the Warehouse entrance.

#17 Nicholas Ingraham - Subversives in the Archives


Airtight Archives - In the large room in the upper area of the warehouse, next to a computer.

#18 Reed Wahl - Implicating Porter

Airtight Archives - In the room with the "Gravity Well" plasmid, at the back of the room near the safe.

#19 Andrew Ryan - Attracting the Looters

Central Computing - on a desk in the first room to the right behind the mag lock door.

#20 Evelyn Klein - Vacuum Bot Problems

Central computing - In a filing cabinet in the closet to the right of the last diary.

#21 Brigid Tenenbaum - Partnership with Porter

Operations - In the fist large room you come into you will see it on the platform behind the Gatherer's Garner, on a console.

#22 Andrew Ryan - The man and the Machine

Airlock - On the wall right when you enter the area with the word Airlock above the doorway.

#23 Ernestine Franklin - Signal Beacon

Airlock - just outside the large hole in the wall in the room with the actual airlock in it. Where you have to hack the shorted panel.

#24 Reed Wahl - In Capable Hands

Programming - On the Wall under the "Programming" sign on the way to programming.

#25 Reed Wahl - The Books are The Code

Office of Reed Wahl - In the Drawer in Wahl's desk.

#26 C.M. Porter - How We Met

Programming - Room on the East side of Programming, the room with the "Hardy Machines" tonic in it.

#27 Johan Nordhagen - Spitfire


Programming - On desk next to Spitfire game on the west side of Programming

#28 Brent Hudson - Milk Money

Programming - On wall in entryway to the right of the Spitfire game

#29 Felix Birnbaum - Behind the Scenes

Programming - In the Room you need to buy a key from the "circus of values" to get into, on the desk at the back of the room.
Room is to the right of Spitfire game.

#30 Reed Wahl - Wheels withing Wheels

Operations - on the way to core access, down the elevator straight ahead and slightly to the left when you leave the elevator, on the ground next to a large pillar.

#31 Andrew Ryan - Porters legacy
Climate Control - On console as soon as you enter the first room of Climate control.

#32 C.M. Porter - Pearl Alone
Climate control - Inside Turbine in the room where you first encounter the Wintry Houdini splicers

#33 Reed Wahl - Detonating the Tunnel

Climate Control - Upper area of the walkway where the massive turbines are that control the temperature.

#34 C.M. Porter - Rapture Departure Protocol

Access Shafts - Can't miss it, at the bottom of a hole in the Access Shafts under a bright spotlight

#35 C.M. Porter - Pearl

Porter's residence - on the wall when you walk out of the elevator

Hi your missing one because I found 35 altogether I don't no which one it is but you should have found :
20 in the first level
13 in the next
and finally 2 in the last hope this helps.

I just played through the second area again and i couldn't find another log if you know what/where it is let me know and I will ad it to the list . Thanks

Reed Wahl --- Wheels Within Wheels

im pretty sure "wheels within wheels" is in the basement area of operations, where u acquire the incinerate plasmid and one of the vacuum bots. its straight ahead once u exit the elevator by some pipes (i believe)
