Havok X-gene

I pre-ordered the game from GameStop but had to pick it up at another location for the midnight sale because the store I ordered it from doesn't open for midnight sales.

I went the next day to the store I pre-ordered the game from to pick up my reciept with the code for the Havok X-Gene and downloaded it all after I had already started my game.

Does anyone know how to import it into my current game? I've even tried starting a new game and it did not work for that either.

make sure your save and the havok pack are in the same location, try also redownloading the pack and relaunching the game.
