for hosting 1000 matches can you just be away from your xbox and get it

If someone could answer this I would be very happy to hear what is allowed to get this achievement as well as I've recently purchased this game and don't want to actually "host" 1,000 matches.

Set the following game up: team territory, siege: custom, (only change helicopters to on) and desert gulch, 5 minutes, advanced: room closed, re spawns off, players 2, and auto timer on:30 seconds....game start timer off..... and let it run wen ur asleep and at work or school

also playin on a local play or system link does that count, only reason i ask is because ive gotten mulitplayer cheevos while i was offline...

the only reason i ask is because i got the 8 hour cheevo, the kill 30 people without dying, kill 4 people in 4 seconds and 2 co-op campaign acheevos all offline in a local play...

well ima go ahead and try this tonight i wont know how many games ive hosted but in a few days if i dont get the cheevos then i know it didint work....

i ran my xbox for 18 hours and no 8-hour-cheeve?! does only the real-playtime count towards it?!?!

Ok heres what I found the problem is set it to max time AND infinite respawns. I find that there are people who miss the auto launch function aswell these are key. Include the standard recommended settings can be private.

Up the time limits to 60 min., 2. No respawn timer for you so you respawn instantly. 3. Enemy density as low as possible. 4. Co-Op Elimination: that makes the enemys take thier time to hunt you down and kill you NOT BASE CAPTURES, 5. Set your respawn to infinite Doing all that should run your games about an hour before time runs out and with auto lunch in 30 seconds youl be done with 8hrs in jsut over 8hours.. I hera most people getting it at around 9 or 9 and a half. |
