I imagine it won't be DLC if they are finally giving us all the extra scenarios and arcade combat functionality for the DLC characters.

Yeah I can't imagine it being DLC with all the extras given. Maybe CS will only have Relius to download so the people with extend or CS aren't split apart.

So yeah, the new BB CS Extend trailer confirms it will be released this winter, in Japan at least. Most likely DLC though.
