About the RS leaderboards on this website

Got some achievements on that game already, more presicely 2 of them with 15 GS points, and since the lowest one so far is one with 5 GS points and 1 achievement, i believe i should be on the leaderboards. Why is it not the case, is the leaderboards on this website are different from those on xbox live, do i have to register to something? Is the update not done automatically? Is there a mechanism im not aware of? Im a bit confused here and id like to get some answers to my questions. Btw, im talking about that one here: http://www.xbox360achievements.org/g.../leaderboards/
