I enjoyed this game and the campaign was pretty linear and fun. I only played on easy and normal, never stick around for the hard versions. Are there any games as quick and linear for easy modes like this?

Only game that springs to mind is Bulletstorm, that game is pretty linear and is very similar in that you simply shoot enemies with different weapons and move through the levels. Different setting but plays very similar.

I had a lot of fun with bulletstorm and i'm really enjoying this game.

Resident Evil 5 shares a lot of similarities in terms of game play.

It also helps that the same guy helped/made both games.

I'd give that one a once-over, however, beware that there are many varying opinions about the quality/replayability of the game.

That being said - I enjoyed it!

The gameplay reminds me a little of Dark Sector, but in terms of this games style it is pretty unique!
