please help lead bars Missing!!!!!

Please help I am on the part of Midas's Palace I have been through and collected all 3 lead bars but when I got to the part where you have to stand in front of the statues hand and press Y for the inventory to show up it is only showing lead bar 3 ???? bars 1 and 2 are missing but I know I picked them up as I went back to where they were in the first place and nothing is there.
If any one has any ideas I really don,t want to go back and start all over again

the game letting you know that you have 3 lead bars. if you turn 1 lead bar into gold and check your inventory, it will say 2 lead bars and 1 Gold bar. Hope this helps you.

Thanks for the reply but when I click use on the gold bar the voice says no? wont let me use it or am I missing something really stupid lol

after your turn all 3 lead bars to gold you have put them somewhere, its been a while since I played the game

Thats the thing it wont let me turn the bars into gold I stood below the hand and pressed y to get the bars up then when I click use it says no ?

Glad you figure it out. let me guess you were standing in the wrong spot?

yes I was lol I thought I had to stand under the hand not next to it boy did I feel silly
